EZY-Glide EZY-Stik II Model 840 Mechanical Steering Kit
The EZY-Glide EZY-Stick is designed by EZY-Glide who has been in the marine industry since 1981. They are an industry leader in mechanical steering kits. Mechanical technology uses push pull cables to connect the steering wheel with the outboard motor and are generally safest for smaller boats with outboard engines not exceeding 70 HP and jet drives not exceeding 90 HP.
The EZY-Stick II Model 840 Mechanical Steering Kit is a system designed to be positioned in the front of the boat. This allows for better visibility and convenience for the boat operator. Made with a one piece stainless steel drive spool it is encased in a composite high impact housing which provides a single lever steering platform for easier control for today’s fisherman. The interlocking feature makes sure a lock between the shaft and the lever.
The mechanical steering kit includes everything you need for installation with the helm, lever, mounting hardware, cable, and dress cover. It also has a 1 year manufacturer warranty.

How to Use 303 Fabric Guard:
Apply to fabric above 70°F/21°C. For quicker drying/curing and best results, apply in full sun.
In a well-vented area, apply Fabric Guard on fabric until damp, overlapping in a crisscross pattern. Do not saturate.
Treated material must be protected from moisture caused by rain or dew until completely cured.
Curing will take 12-24 hours depending on the temperature.
If steps are performed correctly, the material will be water repellent at this point.
303 Fabric Guard will need reapplication depending on fabric exposure to sunlight and weather conditions.

Spray on spot until wet.
Agitate with a medium-soft brush or wet cloth.

Application Instructions
After Washing your boat and while the surface is still WET and OUT of Direct Sunlight spray a small amount evenly across the surface
It is best to work ONE Section at a time using only a light mist of product.
Immediately rinse the section off. You will sees water beading on the surface meaning it is now protected
Repeat this process across the entirety of the boat and then dry thoroughly with a waffle weave drying or microfiber towel.
Product Application Tips
Rinse the product off each section thoroughly immediately after applying product
Do NOT let dry on the surface as this may cause water spots
If too much product is used and not rinsed off thoroughly this could also lead to water spots and streaks
If water spots do occur, rinse the area and dry again
