See the diagram below.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBe sure to check behind where the hole will be drilled for structural pieces, cables, etc.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePut the receivers on the same spot on each side of the boat\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eOnce you have decided on where to place your Phender Pro Quick Release Receivers, it's time to drill the holes.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUsing the Locator Disk, mark the dead center of the receiver with a pencil.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e1\/2\" Receiver = 1\" Hole\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3\/8\" Receiver = 3\/4\" Hole\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCenter punch each hole so the drill won't wander (a small nail can substitute for a center punch).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDrill the hole from the outside toward the inside. Be sure to stop about a third of the way through.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eUse the hole in the center to drill from the inside just enough to score the fiberglass.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eNote: Always finish drilling from the outside.
